How an opportunitic attitude relate to anxiety
One of my clients told me:
A client came to me for her anxiety problem. She described her symptoms such as tireness, always in a hurry, irritable, inpatient for the driver in front of her not speed up when the amber light is on, heart pounding fast, breath shallow and rapidly, wet palm and fidgeting, and hypervigilant, and excessive worry. Her syndrome fit well with the anxiety disorder.
She is always in high alert for good deals. He would not like to miss a good deal. For example: she know which store has what on sale. In the spirit of seeking for the best deal, she would return the item she bought, and buy the same item in another store, if the price is less.
